Travel VISAs

  • Badminton Canada will provide letters of invitation to all countries competing at the 2018 WJC requiring entry VISAs.  Please visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas-all.asp to see if your participants require an entry VISA.
  • If you require a VISA, please complete the below VISA Request Form. Please submit the completed form to badminton@badminton.ca  and Miss Thevagi  Suppiah t.suppiah@bwfbadminton.org and Mr. Venu Mahalingam v.mahalingam@bwfbadminton.org
  • Please note that VISA issuing timelines at Canadian Consulates can vary significantly. Please contact your local consulate to confirm timelines as soon as possible.
  • Please note that if you DO NOT require a VISA to enter into Canada that you will likely require an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). These are issued through your travel agent or by your airline prior to boarding a flight bound for Canada.
